The First International Sober Community in Munich

High Sobriety Munich is for people who want connection, fun, and support, without alcohol defining the experience. Our main language is English, but German is also welcome, whatever feels easiest for you.

We’re a mix of people of all ages, united by the desire to share this journey without feeling alone. Here, no one asks, “Why don’t you drink?” ...we just enjoy each other’s company.

What we do:

  • Monthly meetups in Munich: cozy coffees, dinners, sober bar hopping, outdoor events, whatever suits the mood and the weather.

  • Active & elegant experiences: Soon we’ll add fitness-oriented activities like jogs and hikes, plus alcohol-free tastings and other classy events Munich has to offer.

  • Friendship and support: We share stories, trips, challenges, and triggers, and cheer each other on along the way.

  • Dedicated WhatsApp group: Stay in touch, swap tips, and get encouragement whenever you need it.
