Hi, I’m Monica.
Certified sober coach, community builder, and alcohol-free cocktail creator based in Munich.
I help people rethink their relationship with alcohol and build a life that feels freer, cooler, and more grounded. No judgment, no labels, no rock-bottom rules.
I work with professionals, expats, and anyone sober-curious. In English, German, and Romanian, online worldwide and in-person in Munich.
By day I'm a corporate marketing professional. The rest of the time I'm building Munich's first international alcohol-free community and loving it.
