Hi, I’m Monica.

Internationally accredited coach, community founder, writer.

I work with professionals and expats who are starting to wonder whether alcohol is still working for them. We work in English, German, or Romanian, online or in person in Munich.

My background is in corporate marketing. My certifications are in sober coaching. The combination means I understand high-performance environments, social pressure, and why drinking can feel like the path of least resistance in both, and what it takes to choose differently. Three years ago I made that choice myself. Everything here exists because of it.
